50th Reunion
We enjoyed two great events!
First was our one night event
Saturday, September 7, 2013
We shared an evening of appetizers, music and dancing while renewing old friendships at the Club 59 West in Highland, Michigan. Some of us came from just around the block and some of us from as far away as Southern California.
It was worth the trip either way.
Next was our Grand Hotel event
September 10-12, 3013
We recaptured the magic of our senior trip to Mackinac Island with this two night stay at the Grand Hotel. It was a little plusher than our berths on the SS South American 50 years earlier. We all have fond memories of lounging on the porch of the Grand Hotel with a cool drink in hand, reacquainting with classmates, wandering the Island, playing golf, and enjoying fine dining and dancing in this "Pure Michigan" setting.
